With a focus on process standardization, Business Operations provides technical expertise in field support services, payer relations, metric-based operational analyses, reasonable charges, and best practice modeling.

Business Operations also provides comprehensive training and education in revenue cycle core functions and coordinates the implementation of a variety of operational directives.

Serving as liaison to the VHA Office of Compliance and Business Integrity, Business Operations ensures that the CBO adheres to current laws, regulations, and VA policies.
