The Release of Information staff is expert in our patient's rights and their
medical records and they maintain the highest degree of customer service when
responding to patient requests. The Release of Information Office is located
in the basement between the center elevators and the outpatient elevators, room
BR-105, across from the Blood Draw clinic.
