Dr. Stewart is a Senior Scientist with CRIISP and an Associate Professor of Business and Henry B. Tippie Research Fellow at the University of Iowa with expertise in team design and team characteristics that impact performance. Dr. Stewart has a particular interest in multilevel influences of personality of team performance and in developing approaches to measure such traits. Dr. Stewart provides CRIISP Investigators with conceptual grounding in aspects of team design that are important in developing effective interdisciplinary interventions and provides expertise in observational and survey-based methods for measuring the effectiveness of health care teams.
