The Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM), an element of the Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC), consists of a team of engineers, architects, contracting officers, and real estate professionals who proudly serve our Nation's veterans. The CFM team plans, designs, constructs, and leases facilities for the Veterans Health Administration, the Veterans Benefits Administration, and the National Cemetery Administration. Replacement plant value of VA facilities exceeds $56 billion, with new construction and major improvements approaching $1 billion project value per year.
With regional offices in Silver Spring MD, N. Chicago IL, and Mare Island CA, as well as project offices located at major construction sites spanning the country, the CFM team is more than 300 strong.
