Download Grant & Per Diem Program Application

VA's Grant and Per Diem Program has published two Notices in the Federal Register: Capital Grant and Per Diem Only (PDO).  The Capital Grant funding is to provide eligible organizations with renovation, acquisition or construction funds  to create new transitional housing beds for homeless veterans.  Once operational, Capital Grant recipients may request per diem funds without having to reapply under a separate application.  The Per Diem Only funding is to provide operational dollars in the form of per diem payments.  It is expected that PDO projects are either currently operational or can be operationalized very quickly (less than 90 days).   Carefully read the entire Notice of Fund Availability (NOFA) prior to completing either of the applications below.
