Hello. I am Pamela Snyder, the Nurse Recruiter for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. My career in nursing has been a rewarding, life-long experience, starting as a volunteer, attending LPN school, and achieving my RN degree ten years later. Recently, I returned to school for further education and received my Masters Degree in Nursing Leadership from Bethel University. I enjoy my work in nurse recruitment and retention because it allows me daily contact with the people I admire most—other nurses.
