The Patient Family Center Located on the first floor inside the Outpatient Entrance, the Patient Family Center (PFC) can help you with:

Hours are 8:00a.m. - 9:00p.m., Monday through Friday. At other times, go to the front desk in Urgent Care for help.
Internet, Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
There is no wireless network in the Medical Center. There is limited Internet access for families and patients in the Patient Education Center, located on the first floor. The hours are 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday.
Cell phones and electronic devices are permitted within the hospital, except for the following areas:
Intensive Care and Step-down units OR and Post-Anesthesia Care Units Dialysis Cardiac Catheterization lab Emergency Room CT, MRI, and Interventional Radiology
Please turn your phone off before entering restricted cell phone-use areas. We request that visitors use phones with the courtesy of others in mind.
Cafeteria
The VA Canteen (cafeteria) is located on the first floor of the hospital near the central bank of elevators. Beverages, hot meals, sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit and snacks are served daily.
Canteen hours are 6:30a.m. - 6:30p.m. Monday-Friday, 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. on weekends.
Vending Areas
There are two vending machine areas in the hospital. One is on the first floor near the Outpatient/Urgent Care waiting area. The second is on the first floor next to the Gift Shop. Both are open 24 hours a day.
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is located on the first floor across from the central bank of elevators. Hours are 7:30a.m. - 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. on weekends.
Mail
There is a US mail drop box located next to the Gift Shop entrance. To send mail to someone in the Medical Center, use this address:
