VA Puget Sound has community based clinics in areas that we have determined that best suit our patient populations. You can find these outlying clinics at the following locations: Bellevue, Bremerton , Federal Way, North Seattle, Port Angeles and Mount Vernon. The clinics located in Bellevue, Federal Way and North Seattle are contracted through Valor Healthcare. Please visit the Valor Healthcare web site for more information on these clinics.

Directions to the Bremerton CBOC: Located on the corner of Kitsap Way and Adele Avenue. From Highway 3, go south on Kitsap Way and right at Adele Avenue. For public transportation to the Bremerton clinic, please visit Kitsap Transit here.
Services Offered: The clinic provides primary medical and mental health care with full-time VA staff. All specialty care is referred to VA Puget Sound, Seattle Division. The clinic contracts locally for stat lab, urgent pharmacy & routine x-ray services.
Staffing: The Bremerton CBOC has two full-time medical providers (one DO and one Nurse Practitioner), one Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and one Social Worker. Nursing and clerical personnel complete the clinic staff.
