Continuing Education

Care Coordination Home Telehealth (CCHT) sponsors an annual continuing education program that provides a mechanism for disseminating new knowledge to VA clinical staff.  Programs for innovative clinically oriented topics are encouraged.  Research findings, when applicable, are also integrated into these programs to advance evidence-based practice.  CCHT programs may be collaboratively developed with university affiliates as well as community agencies that have an interest in care coordination and home telehealth.
