Primary Care
Geriatric Primary Care Clinics are designed to meet the complex health care needs of elderly veterans and those with chronic illnesses. Patients receive their basic, general health care from their primary care providers. When their needs become complex, they are referred to Geriatric Primary Care. An example of a complex medical condition may be memory disorders.
