place for over 15 years, where high school
students spend four hours a day, five days
per week at VA, learning about health
care delivery and potential careers.
The Syracuse VA Medical Center has
eight community based outpatient clinics
(CBOC), serving veterans in 18 counties
in Central New York. Clinics have been

Oswego, and Rome. These VA outpatient
clinics serve an integral role in the provision
of expanded primary and preventive
medical services.
The goal of the Syracuse
VA Medical Center is to better
coordinate functions and

mission by promoting VA
