As the Network Health Benefits Executive for our VISN 2 Veterans Service Center, I am pleased to provide you with a useful collection of resources to guide you, whether you are a first time visitor to our web page, or a frequent visitor.
As you enter one of our main facilities in Albany, Bath, Canandaigua, Syracuse, Buffalo, and the Rochester Outpatient Clinic, you will be served by a member of our Veterans Service Center Staff. These individuals are stationed in convenient locations to assist you with the administrative processes involved with accessing your VA healthcare benefits.
Whether you need advice about specific benefits included in your plan, questions about co-payment obligations, or access to specialty care, the VSC is there to assist you.
We are proud of the friendly, customer service we offer in the VSC, and we are confident that you will experience this first-hand as you enter the Veterans Service Center.
