U.S. Veteran's Hospital is located on Sumter Road, four miles from the City of Columbia, S.C. First buildings completed in 1932, at a cost of $1,300,000. New building are being added as needed, making this one of the finest and most modern places of the kind in this country.

Located on Sumter Road, 4 miles from the city. Completed in 1932 at a cost of $1,300,000, 13 buildings, 300 beds.
The giant hospital was erected in 1932 and has since greatly enlarged to serve veterans in South Carolina and parts of North Carolina.
