Georgian in design, this new hospital is located on a triangular site 37 acres donated by Henry Ford. It has facilties for 500 patients, and serves veterans from Michigan, northern Indiana and Ohio.
This is the main building on the site of the U.S. Veterans Hospital. Other Buildings include: quarters for male attants, quarters for nurses, home for manager, a duplex housing the chief medical officer and chief surgeon, boiler room and garage unit.
