The United States Veteran's Bureau Hospital at Perry Point is for the care of World War Veterans with mental illnesses. The grounds cover about 800 acres. There are about 1000 inmates and about 400 people are employed. The mentally sick are given every possible comfort and many leave the hospital cured.
