VA Virtual Museum

VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC

This 1000 bed hospital is one of the largest in the state.
This edifice was activated in December 1953. The bed capacity exceeds 1,000 and its 22 buildings occupy 153 acres. Construction cost was in excess of 18 million dollars and a proud addition to the community.
