Just two miles southeast of Tuskegee, Alabama and 1-1/2 miles from the campus of Tuskegee Institues lies the Veterans Administration Hospital, one of the largest in the country. Opened in 1923, this hospital has facilities for the treatment of Neuropsychiatric, General Medical and Surgical patients.
